Still dry here.

I mowed and then used the electric rake on the lawns yesterday. Removed more than a cubic metre of grass and moss :O

Yes Ralph. Cut the lawn at exactly noon. Don't forget to put a knotted hankie on your head and stick your tongue out at one side (left is preferred for mowing lawns) while you do it. Don't use any sun cream and don't drink any water.

You'll be fine.

I bought some garden ready plants quite late this year & got them potted up just over a week ago. They seem to like the sun - not sure I'm quite so keen, but it's better today as there's a bit of a breeze Smile

Our B&Q had packs of 9 plants/flowers for £1. Loads of them. We MAY have gone a bit overboard.
