At school I used to sneak in "Fussles", sold in a tube like toothpaste, - don't know whether the still do it, but powdered milk to a sophisticated pallet is. Vomits

So it should suit me to the ground Laughing

but still looking for ideas- must be non fattening Sad

The Asian Taxi lads on site have taken to bringing me a plastic cup of hot chocolate if we are in at the same time - Its great! All premixed in a cup just add boiling water and not expensive if bought from a warehouse, so they tell me.

Come on - I need some ideas Confused .
Something hot/warm, that doesn't involve milk.
    or fridging.
    a drink - not eating.
    and quick
I have a kettle for hot water.

I am quite liking fizzy water at the moment.

Why not make yourself a fruit smoothie and take it to the unit in a flask?

In my quest to find a hot drink - not fattening--I have followed up Lou's and Chassie's suggestions and have just tried Twinings Lemon and Ginger.
Not bad - in-fact it may just do the trick. Thanks girls.

But the hunt continues..........[Fade in Saturday morning Cinema club Music - - Sheffy do you remember]

No! couldn't hear the cinema music for the sound of the other kids shouting and stamping their feet.
Seriously, try chai latte. gorgeous.or one of the hot chocolates with coconut in it.

Crikey!- Forgotten that! and the throwing of pop corn at the kids below. Why did we enjoy it? Always left on a cliff hanger. Usually one of our "gang" grounded by the next week end, so invariably never saw the full story. Ahhh Happy days.
