Surely if they're talking about cutting the NHS funding for
homoeopathy that should make it more effective?

The answer is not to remove all funding from the NHS homeopathy
budget, but to reduce that funding to an amount below the lowest
monetary unit, in this way, it won't cost us anything, but the budget
should retain the memory of funding, and this should prove sufficient.
